Delights here include the amazing hospitality, catching up with ex-student Hsueh-Chen Lu and meeting his colleagues (over dinner at the OG Din Tai Fung no less), giving a training, sunset from Taipei 101 and then views of it while hiking, and teas and boba (but not the one I accidentally inhaled). Oh and all the monkeys. So many monkeys. So many baby monkeys.
